If you are local to Spring/Houston area and would like to schedule a pick up please email your order to us info@onelittlesparkcandlecompany.com and I will invoice you. Turnaround time for pick ups are 3-5 business days
Shipping
All orders over 1 lb are shipped USPS Priority Mail. Shipping is determined by the weight of your order and the zip code the order is shipping to. Our website calculates that rate for you at checkout. All orders over $50 will receive FREE shipping. We wish there was an easier way to ship but candles are heavy and have to be shipped quickly!
Please be sure to ship to an address where someone can receive the order and bring it inside out of the heat, sun or enclosed mailbox. Soy wax is known to melt or soften when left in the heat and One Little Spark Candle Company is not responsible for candles or wax melts that melt under these conditions. Please treat the candles and wax melts like any perishable item and do not leave the packages outside.
Returned Orders: Please double check the shipping address is 100% correct before placing an order. If an order is returned to us due to the wrong address being entered or any other reason on the buyers side the buyer is responsible for the postage to resend the package
Lost or Stolen Items: While we aren't responsible for lost or stolen items, we will do our best to assist you through the process. Please contact us immediately so we can tell you the next steps to take..
Item arrived broken or damaged: Send us an email with pictures (within 48 hours of receiving your order) to info@onelittlesparkcandlecompany.com and we will be happy to take care of you! All of our candles are glass so please be careful and dispose of any broken glass properly.
Scents
If you do not agree with a scent profile please keep in mind that these candles and melts were created based on our own personal interpretation of a place or inspiration.
Returns
If you find that you do not like the product you ordered we do take returns on unused/unlit candles ONLY. You must contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order (determined by the tracking provided). Customers will be required to cover the return shipping cost. Once we receive the returned candle we will inspect the product and upon our approval your refund will be processed minus the cost of shipping.
*we do not take returns on wax tarts or smelly bears

Soy Products
Our products are made from a natural soy wax blend. If you notice any wet spots or scratches on the sides of your candle it is just due to the soy and doesn't affect the burn or throw of your candle.
